Article 59　The Bank of Japan : 本邦(ほんぽう)Japan shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall, when having establish : 確立する(かくりつする), 設定する(せっていする), 制定する(せいていする), 成立させる(せいりつさせる), 形成する(けいせいする), 策定する(さくていする)established rules : 準則(じゅんそく), 規程(きてい), 会則(かいそく)[私的団体の場合]rules regarding the : 当該(とうがい)the organization : 組織(そしき) / subsidiary body of an organizationorganization or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor other matters other than those specified by this Act : 法(ほう)[法律名に使う場合の原則] / Trademark Act, 法律(ほうりつ)[原則]Act separate : 分離する(ぶんりする)separately, report : 申告(しんこく), 報告(ほうこく) / duty to report, 報告する(ほうこくする), 通報(つうほう), 通報する(つうほうする), 届出(とどけで), 申出(もうしで)report such : 当該(とうがい)such rules : 準則(じゅんそく), 規程(きてい), 会則(かいそく)[私的団体の場合]rules to the : 当該(とうがい)the Minister of Finance without delay : 遅滞なく(ちたいなく)without delay. The same shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall apply : 出願する(しゅつがんする), 申請する(しんせいする), 適用する(てきようする), 申し立てる(もうしたてる)apply when making any change to the : 当該(とうがい)the rules : 準則(じゅんそく), 規程(きてい), 会則(かいそく)[私的団体の場合]rules.

Article 60　(1)　The dissolution : 解散(かいさん)[会社・法人・議会等の場合]dissolution of the : 当該(とうがい)the Bank of Japan : 本邦(ほんぽう)Japan shall be : とする(とする)shall be specified separate : 分離する(ぶんりする)separately by an Act : 法(ほう)[法律名に使う場合の原則] / Trademark Act, 法律(ほうりつ)[原則]Act.

(2)　In the : 当該(とうがい)the case : 事件(じけん)case where the : 当該(とうがい)the Bank of Japan : 本邦(ほんぽう)Japan has been dissolved, when the : 当該(とうがい)the residual assets : 残余財産(ざんよざいさん)residual assets of the : 当該(とうがい)the Bank exceed the : 当該(とうがい)the amount : 金額(きんがく)amount of paid-up capital : 資本(しほん)capital, the : 当該(とうがい)the residual assets : 残余財産(ざんよざいさん)residual assets equivalent : 同等の(どうとうの), に準ずる(にじゅんずる)[形容詞（同等の、類似の）] / equivalent methodequivalent to the : 当該(とうがい)the excess amount : 金額(きんがく)amount shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall belong to the : 当該(とうがい)the national treasury : 国庫(こっこ)[国民との関係で「国庫」が国のものであることを強調する場合] / shall give an account to the Diet and nation about the situation of national treasury and others concerning financenational treasury.

Article 61-2　The Prime Minister shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall delegate : 派遣(はけん)[代表団等の派遣], 委嘱する(いしょくする)delegate the : 当該(とうがい)the authority : 官憲(かんけん), 職権(しょっけん), 権限(けんげん), 権原(けんげん)authority under : に満たない(にみたない)[年齢の場合] / a person under 14 years of age, 未満(みまん)[年齢の場合] / a person under 18 years of ageunder this Act : 法(ほう)[法律名に使う場合の原則] / Trademark Act, 法律(ほうりつ)[原則]Act (excluding Article : 条(じょう) / Article 1;Article 1-2Article 19) to the : 当該(とうがい)the Commissioner of the : 当該(とうがい)the Financial Services Agency except : を除くほか(をのぞくほか)[例外を示す場合] / except when special measures are takenexcept for those prescribed by a Cabinet Order : 政令(せいれい), 令(れい), 規程(きてい)[法形式が政令の場合]Cabinet Order.

Article 63　Those who have leaked or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor misappropriate : 盗用する(とうようする)misappropriated secret : 秘密(ひみつ)secrets in violation : 違反(いはん) / a case of violation, 違反行為(いはんこうい)violation of Article : 条(じょう) / Article 1;Article 1-2Article 29 shall be punished by : に処する(にしょする)shall be punished by imprisonment with work : 懲役(ちょうえき)imprisonment with work for not exceeding : を超えない(をこえない)not exceeding a year or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor a fine : 罰金(ばっきん)fine not exceeding : を超えない(をこえない)not exceeding five hundred thousand yen.
