２　基本方針は、次に掲げる事(項) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項について定めるもの(とする) : shall beとする。

４　内閣総理大臣は、前(項) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の(規定) : provision規定による(閣議) : cabinet meeting閣議の(決定) : ruling[手続内での決定・証拠の採否、手続に関する申立ての許可・不許可などについての裁判所の判断], decision[事実問題・法律問題の双方を考慮して得られた結論（司法判断のほか行政判断等にも用いられる）], order[裁判形式としての「決定」]決定があったときは、(遅滞なく) : without delay遅滞なく、基本方針を(公表) : publication, announcement, public announcement, release, disclosure / 研究開発等の状況の公表公表(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。

２　(地方公共団体) : local government, local public entity地方公共団体は、その(設立) : formation, establishment, incorporation[会社設立の場合]設立(に係る) : pertaining to / 当該届出に係る事項に係る地方独立(行政) : administration行政(法) : Act[法律名に使う場合の原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 刑法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 商法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民事訴訟法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 刑事訴訟法, law[いわゆる一般名称や科目名としての法律]法(人) : person人について、その性格(及び) : and及び(業務) : operations, business, duties業務内容に応じ、その保有する(個人) : individual個人情報の適正な取扱いが確保されるよう必要な(措置) : measure / 規制措置措置を(講ずる) : take講ずることに努めなければならない。

第十三条　(地方公共団体) : local government, local public entity地方公共団体は、(個人) : individual個人情報の取扱いに関し(事業) : business[商法上の「営業」に対し、会社法上の「事業」の訳語として使用する。]事業者と本(人) : person人との間に生じた(苦情) : complaint / 苦情の処理苦情が適切(かつ) : andかつ迅速に処理されるようにするため、(苦情) : complaint / 苦情の処理苦情の処理の(あっせん) : arrangement[盗品のあっせん] / 前項に規定する物を運搬し、保管し、若しくは有償で譲り受け、又はその有償の処分のあっせんをした者は…, influence[あっせん収賄] / 公務員が請託を受け、他の公務員に職務上不正な行為をさせるように、又は相当の行為をさせないようにあっせんすることの報酬として、賄賂を収受し、又はその要求若しくは約束をしたときは…, mediation[紛争解決のための手続]あっせんその他必要な(措置) : measure / 規制措置措置を(講ずる) : take講ずるよう努めなければならない。

２　(個人) : individual個人情報取扱(事業) : business[商法上の「営業」に対し、会社法上の「事業」の訳語として使用する。]事業者は、利用(目) : Division / 第１目目的を変更する場合には、変更前の利用(目) : Division / 第１目目的と相当の関連性を有すると(合理的) : reasonable合理的に認められる範囲を超えて行ってはならない。

３　(主務大臣) : competent minister主務大臣は、第一(項) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の認定をしたときは、その旨を(公示) : public notice公示(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。

第三十八条　次の各(号) : item[原則] / 第３号, (i)(ii)(iii)[見出しとして用いる場合]号(のいずれかに該当する) : fall under any ofのいずれかに該当する者は、前(条) : Article / 第１条, Article / 第１条の２, Art. / 第１条, Art. / 第１条の２条第一(項) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の認定を受けることができない。
