３　第一種使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用規程(きてい) : rules, procedure, regulation, Cabinet Order[法形式が政令の場合], Ordinance[法形式が省令の場合]規程は、主務省(しゅむしょう) : competent ministry主務省令(れい) : Cabinet Order令で定めるところにより、次の事項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項について定めるものとする(とする) : shall beとする。

第十三条　遺伝子組換え生物(いでんしくみかえせいぶつ) : living modified organism遺伝子組換え生物等の第二種使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用等をする者は、前条(じょう) : Article / 第１条;第１条の2, Art. / 第１条;第１条の2条の主務省(しゅむしょう) : competent ministry主務省令(れい) : Cabinet Order令により当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced, relevant当該第二種使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用等に当たって執るべき拡散(かくさん) : dispersion[原則], proliferation[核兵器等]拡散防止措置(ぼうしそち) : preventive measure防止措置が定められていない場合（特定遺伝子組換え生物(いでんしくみかえせいぶつ) : living modified organism遺伝子組換え生物等の第二種使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用等をする場合その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その他主務省(しゅむしょう) : competent ministry主務省令(れい) : Cabinet Order令で定める場合を除く。）には、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用等をする間、あらかじめ(あらかじめ) : in advanceあらかじめ主務大臣(しゅむだいじん) : competent minister主務大臣の確認(かくにん) : confirmation, check確認を受けた拡散(かくさん) : dispersion[原則], proliferation[核兵器等]拡散防止措置(ぼうしそち) : preventive measure防止措置を執らなければならない。

３　第一項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の規定(きてい) : provision規定による命令(めいれい) : order / 略式命令命令を受けた者は、生物検査(せいぶつけんさ) : testing of organisms生物検査を受け、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その結果についての通知(つうち) : notice通知を受けるまでの間は、施設(しせつ) : facility / 軍事施設, establishment, office, institution施設等を用いることその(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その他の主務大臣(しゅむだいじん) : competent minister主務大臣の指定する(していする) : designate指定する条件(じょうけん) : condition条件に基づいて検査(けんさ) : inspection[原則], audit[会計検査] / 会計検査院, examination[身体検査]検査対象生物(せいぶつ) : organism, living thing生物の使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用等をしなければならず、また、検査(けんさ) : inspection[原則], audit[会計検査] / 会計検査院, examination[身体検査]検査対象生物(せいぶつ) : organism, living thing生物を譲渡(じょうと) : transfer[原則], assignment[財産権一般の譲渡], conveyance[不動産譲渡], disposition[遺言による財産譲渡], negotiation[証券の譲渡]譲渡し、又は(または) : or又は提供してはならない(してはならない) : shall not / その権限は、…と解釈してはならない;何人も…してはならないしてはならない。

４　前項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の通知(つうち) : notice通知であって登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録検査機関(けんさきかん) : conformity inspection body, inspection body検査機関がするものは、主務大臣(しゅむだいじん) : competent minister主務大臣を経由してするものとする(するものとする) : shallするものとする。

(4)　When the : 当該(とうがい)the notification : 通告(つうこく), 通報(つうほう), 届出(とどけで), 告知(こくち)[個別の告知]notification in the : 当該(とうがい)the preceding paragraph : 項(こう)[原則] / paragraph 2paragraph is made by a Registered Inspection Body, it shall be : とする(とする)shall be made via the : 当該(とうがい)the competent minister : 主務大臣(しゅむだいじん)competent minister.

第十八条　前条(じょう) : Article / 第１条;第１条の2, Art. / 第１条;第１条の2条第一項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録（以下この節(せつ) : Section / 第１節節において「登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録」という。）は、生物検査(せいぶつけんさ) : testing of organisms生物検査を行おうとする(とする) : shall beとする者の申請(しんせい) : application申請により行う。

Article 18　(1)　The registration : 登録(とうろく)[原則] / refusal of registration, 登記(とうき)[登記する行為を意味する場合] / A juridical person must complete its registration.registration in paragraph : 項(こう)[原則] / paragraph 2paragraph (1) of the : 当該(とうがい)the preceding Article : 条(じょう) / Article 1;Article 1-2Article (hereinafter in this Section : 節(せつ) / Section 1Section referred to as "Registration") shall be : とする(とする)shall be carried out follow : 付和随行(ふわずいこう)following an application : 出願(しゅつがん), 申請(しんせい), 適用(てきよう), 登録出願(とうろくしゅつがん), 申立て(もうしたて), 申立書(もうしたてしょ)application from a person : 人(ひと)person who wishes to undertake : 講ずる(こうずる)take Testing of Organisms.

２　次の各号(ごう) : item[原則] / 第３号, (i)(ii)(iii)[見出しとして用いる場合]号のいずれかに該当する(のいずれかにがいとうする) : fall under any ofのいずれかに該当する者は、登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録を受けることができない。

(2)　A person : 人(ひと)person who fall : 到来する(とうらいする)falls under : に満たない(にみたない)[年齢の場合] / a person under 14 years of age, 未満(みまん)[年齢の場合] / a person under 18 years of ageunder any of the : 当該(とうがい)the follow : 付和随行(ふわずいこう)following item : 号(ごう)[原則] / item 3items may not : することができない(することができない)[禁止] / the right may not be exercised;no appeal may be entered against the dispositionmay not receive : 受信する(じゅしんする), 受領する(じゅりょうする), 収受(しゅうじゅ), 受理する(じゅりする), 譲り受ける(ゆずりうける)receive Registration.

３　主務大臣(しゅむだいじん) : competent minister主務大臣は、登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録の申請(しんせい) : application申請をした者（以下この項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項において「登録申請者(とうろくしんせいしゃ) : applicant登録申請者」という。）が次の各号(ごう) : item[原則] / 第３号, (i)(ii)(iii)[見出しとして用いる場合]号のいずれにも適合(てきごう) : conformity[条件・規格], compliance[法令], suitability[自然的社会的条件]適合しているときは、その(その) : his/her[人を指す場合]その登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録をしなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。この場合において、登録(とうろく) : registration[原則] / 登録の拒絶, accreditation[評価行為を含む場合]登録に関して必要な手続(てつづき) : procedure / 略式手続, proceeding手続は、主務省(しゅむしょう) : competent ministry主務省令(れい) : Cabinet Order令で定める。

(3)　The competent minister : 主務大臣(しゅむだいじん)competent minister must grant : 交付(こうふ)[交付金等]grant Registration when the : 当該(とうがい)the person : 人(ひと)person who has applied for said : 当該(とうがい) / said documentsaid Registration (hereinafter in this paragraph : 項(こう)[原則] / paragraph 2paragraph referred to as "Applicant") satisfies all of the : 当該(とうがい)the follow : 付和随行(ふわずいこう)following item : 号(ごう)[原則] / item 3items. In such : 当該(とうがい)such case : 事件(じけん)cases, the : 当該(とうがい)the procedure : 手続(てつづき) / summary procedures, 規程(きてい)procedures needed for Registration shall be : とする(とする)shall be stipulated in the : 当該(とうがい)the ordinance of the : 当該(とうがい)the competent ministries.
