第一条　この法律(ほうりつ) : Act[原則], Code[いわゆる法典]法律は、労働基準法（昭和二十二年法律第…号(ねんほうりつだい…ごう) : Act No. … of / 平成１１年法律第１０３号年法律第四十九号）と相まつて、労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止のための危害(きがい) : harm, hazard危害防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止基準(きじゅん) : standard / 承認の基準, requirement, criterion基準の確立(かくりつ) : establishment確立、責任(せきにん) : responsibility, liability, accountability責任体制(たいせい) : system体制の明確化及び(および) : and及び自主的(じしゅてき) : voluntary自主的活動(かつどう) : activity / 犯罪予防の活動活動の促進(そくしん) : promotion[原則], acceleration[速度を上げる場合]促進の措置(そち) : measure / 規制措置措置を講ずる(こうずる) : take講ずる等その防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止に関する総合的(そうごうてき) : comprehensive総合的計画(けいかく) : plan, program計画的な対策(たいさく) : countermeasure対策を推進する(すいしんする) : promote推進することにより職場における労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者の安全(あんぜん) : safety, security / 安全保障理事会安全と健康を確保するとともに、快適な職場環境(しょくばかんきょう) : working environment職場環境の形成(けいせい) : formation, establishment形成を促進する(そくしんする) : promote, accelerate促進することを目的(もくてき) : purpose, purpose[動機], intent[単なる意図], objective[「趣旨」と並列的に用いる場合] / 趣旨及び目的目的とする(とする) : shall beとする。

第二条　この法律(ほうりつ) : Act[原則], Code[いわゆる法典]法律において、次の各号(ごう) : item[原則] / 第３号, (i)(ii)(iii)[見出しとして用いる場合]号に掲げる用語の意義は、それぞれ当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該各号(ごう) : item[原則] / 第３号, (i)(ii)(iii)[見出しとして用いる場合]号に定めるところによる。

第三条　事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、単にこの法律(ほうりつ) : Act[原則], Code[いわゆる法典]法律で定める労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止のための最低基準(きじゅん) : standard / 承認の基準, requirement, criterion基準を守るだけでなく、快適な職場環境(しょくばかんきょう) : working environment職場環境の実現(じつげん) : realization実現と労働条件(ろうどうじょうけん) : working condition労働条件の改善(かいぜん) : improvement改善を通じて職場における労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者の安全(あんぜん) : safety, security / 安全保障理事会安全と健康を確保するようにしなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。また、事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、国(くに) : the State[原則], national government[地方公共団体と比較する場合]国が実施する労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止に関する施策(せさく) : measure[具体的施策], policy[抽象的施策]施策に協力する(きょうりょくする) : cooperate協力するようにしなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。

Article 3　(1)　The employer : 使用者(しようしゃ)[雇用の場合], 事業者(じぎょうしゃ)[雇用者], 事業主(じぎょうぬし)[雇用者]employer shall not : してはならない(してはならない) / the authority shall not be construed as …; no person shall … shall not only comply : 遵守(じゅんしゅする)comply with the : 当該(とうがい)the minimum : 最小限度(さいしょうげんど)minimum standard : 標準(ひょうじゅん), 基準(きじゅん) / standard for approvalstandards for prevent : 防止する(ぼうしする), 予防する(よぼうする)preventing industrial accident : 労働災害(ろうどうさいがい)industrial accidents provide : 規定する(きていする), 供する(きょうする) / document provided for use of the public office, 支給する(しきゅうする), 提供する(ていきょうする)provided for in this Act : 法(ほう)[原則] / Trademark Act, 法律(ほうりつ)[原則]Act, but also endeavor to ensure the : 当該(とうがい)the safety : 安全(あんぜん)safety and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand health : 衛生(えいせい)health of worker : 労働者(ろうどうしゃ), 従業者(じゅうぎょうしゃ)[「使用人」employeeとの区別が必要な場合]workers in workplace : 事業場(じぎょうじょう), 就業場所(しゅうぎょうばしょ)workplaces through creating a comfortable working environment : 職場環境(しょくばかんきょう)working environment and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand improving working condition : 労働条件(ろうどうじょうけん), 勤務条件(きんむじょうけん)working conditions. He/She shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall, furthermore, endeavor to cooperate : 協力する(きょうりょくする)cooperate in the : 当該(とうがい)the measure : 措置(そち) / control measures, 施策(せさく)[具体的施策]measures for the : 当該(とうがい)the prevention : 防止(ぼうし) / subversive activities prevention act, 予防(よぼう)prevention of industrial accident : 労働災害(ろうどうさいがい)industrial accidents to be taken by the State : 国(くに)[原則]the State.

２　機械、器具その他の設備を設計(せっけい) : design設計し、製造(せいぞう) : manufacture製造し、若しくは(もしくは) : or / Ａ、Ｂ又はＣ、Ｄ若しくはＥ若しくは輸入する(ゆにゅうする) : import輸入する者、原材料(げんざいりょう) : raw material原材料を製造(せいぞう) : manufacture製造し、若しくは(もしくは) : or / Ａ、Ｂ又はＣ、Ｄ若しくはＥ若しくは輸入する(ゆにゅうする) : import輸入する者又は(または) : or又は建設物(けんせつぶつ) : building建設物を建設(けんせつ) : construction建設し、若しくは(もしくは) : or / Ａ、Ｂ又はＣ、Ｄ若しくはＥ若しくは設計(せっけい) : design設計する者は、これらの物(もの) : object[有体物], thing[物全般], article[物全般], property[財産価値のある物]物の設計(せっけい) : design設計、製造(せいぞう) : manufacture製造、輸入(ゆにゅう) : import輸入又は(または) : or又は建設(けんせつ) : construction建設に際して、これらの物(もの) : object[有体物], thing[物全般], article[物全般], property[財産価値のある物]物が使用(しよう) : use[原則], employment[雇用関係の場合]使用されることによる労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の発生の防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止に資する(しする) : contribute資するように努めなければならない。

(2)　A person : 人(ひと)person who design : 意匠(いしょう), 設計(せっけい)designs, manufacture : 製造(せいぞう), 製造する(せいぞうする)manufactures or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor import : 輸入(ゆにゅう), 輸入する(ゆにゅうする)imports machines, instrument : 証書(しょうしょ)[契約書など法律的効果を伴う文書]instruments and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand other equipment, or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor one who manufacture : 製造(せいぞう), 製造する(せいぞうする)manufactures or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor import : 輸入(ゆにゅう), 輸入する(ゆにゅうする)imports raw material : 原材料(げんざいりょう)raw materials, or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor one who constructs or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor design : 意匠(いしょう), 設計(せっけい)designs building : 建設物(けんせつぶつ), 建造物(けんぞうぶつ), 建築物(けんちくぶつ), 建物(たてもの), 建築(けんちく)buildings, shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall endeavor, in design : 意匠(いしょう), 設計(せっけい)designing, manufacturing, import : 輸入(ゆにゅう), 輸入する(ゆにゅうする)importing or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor constructing them, to contribute : 寄与する(きよする), 資する(しする)contribute to the : 当該(とうがい)the prevention : 防止(ぼうし) / subversive activities prevention act, 予防(よぼう)prevention of the : 当該(とうがい)the occurrence of industrial accident : 労働災害(ろうどうさいがい)industrial accidents cause : 原因(げんいん)caused by their use : 行使(こうし), 使用(しよう)[原則], 使用する(しようする)use.

３　建設(けんせつ) : construction建設工事(こうじ) : work, construction工事の注文者(ちゅうもんしゃ) : orderer注文者等仕事(しごと) : work仕事を他人(ひと) : person人に請け負わせる者は、施工(しこう) : construction施工方法(ほう) : Act[原則] / 商標法, Code[いわゆる法典] / 民法; 刑法; 商法; 民事訴訟法; 刑事訴訟法法、工期等について、安全(あんぜん) : safety, security / 安全保障理事会安全で衛生(えいせい) : health, sanitation衛生的な作業(さぎょう) : work作業の遂行をそこなうおそれ(おそれ) : risk / 個人の権利利益が害されるおそれがないと認められるとき; 公共の利益が著しく阻害されるおそれ, likelihoodおそれのある条件(じょうけん) : condition条件を附さないように配慮(はいりょ) : consideration配慮しなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。

(3)　An orderer : 注文者(ちゅうもんしゃ), 発注者(はっちゅうしゃ)orderer of construction work : 建設作業(けんせつさぎょう)construction work, etc. who commission : 委託料金(いたくりょうきん), 嘱託(しょくたく), 嘱託する(しょくたくする), 委嘱(いしょく), 委嘱する(いしょくする), 委員会(いいんかい) / National Offenders Rehabilitation Commission, 手数料(てすうりょう)commissions work : 勤務する(きんむする), 作業(さぎょう), 仕事(しごと), 労働する(ろうどうする), 勤務(きんむ)[原則], 工事(こうじ)work to others, shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall consider : 勘案する(かんあんする), 思料する(しりょうする), 配慮する(はいりょする)consider not to impose : 課す(かす)impose on them condition : 条件(じょうけん), 状態(じょうたい) / condition of health; other environmental conditionsconditions which may : することができる(することができる)may impede : 阻害する(そがいする)impede perform : 給付する(きゅうふする), 実行する(じっこうする)performing safe and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand healthy work : 勤務する(きんむする), 作業(さぎょう), 仕事(しごと), 労働する(ろうどうする), 勤務(きんむ)[原則], 工事(こうじ)work in terms of construction : 建設(けんせつ), 施工(しこう), 解釈(かいしゃく)[法・クレームの解釈], 工事(こうじ)construction method : 手法(しゅほう), 方式(ほうしき)[方法]methods, period, etc.

第四条　労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者は、労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害を防止する(ぼうしする) : prevent防止するため必要な事項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項を守るほか、事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者その他の関係者(かんけいしゃ) : relevant person, person concerned関係者が実施する労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の防止(ぼうし) : prevention / 破壊活動防止法防止に関する措置(そち) : measure / 規制措置措置に協力する(きょうりょくする) : cooperate協力するように努めなければならない。

Article 4　Workers shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall, not only observe : 観測する(かんそくする), 傍聴する(ぼうちょうする), 遵守(じゅんしゅする)observe matters necessary for prevent : 防止する(ぼうしする), 予防する(よぼうする)preventing industrial accident : 労働災害(ろうどうさいがい)industrial accidents, but also endeavor to cooperate : 協力する(きょうりょくする)cooperate in the : 当該(とうがい)the measure : 措置(そち) / control measures, 施策(せさく)[具体的施策]measures pertaining to : に係る(にかかる) / the matters pertaining to said notificationpertaining to prevention : 防止(ぼうし) / subversive activities prevention act, 予防(よぼう)prevention of industrial accident : 労働災害(ろうどうさいがい)industrial accidents conduct : 行為(こうい)conducted by employer : 使用者(しようしゃ)[雇用の場合], 事業者(じぎょうしゃ)[雇用者], 事業主(じぎょうぬし)[雇用者]employers or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor other said : 当該(とうがい) / said documentsaid parties.

第五条　二以上の建設業(けんせつぎょう) : construction industry建設業に属する事業の事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者が、一の場所において行われる当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該事業の仕事(しごと) : work仕事を共同連帯して(れんたいして) : jointly and severally連帯して請け負つた場合においては、厚生労働(ろうどう) : labor労働省令(しょうれい) : Ordinance of the Ministry / 法務省令; 経済産業省令省令で定めるところにより、そのうちの一人(ひと) : person人を代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者として定め、これを都道府県(とどうふけん) : prefecture都道府県労働(ろうどう) : labor労働局長に届け出なければならない。

Article 5　(1)　Where two or : 又は(または), 若しくは(もしくは) / A, B, or C, D or Eor more employer : 使用者(しようしゃ)[雇用の場合], 事業者(じぎょうしゃ)[雇用者], 事業主(じぎょうぬし)[雇用者]employers, in a construction : 建設(けんせつ), 施工(しこう), 解釈(かいしゃく)[法・クレームの解釈], 工事(こうじ)construction-related undertaking, happen to have contract : 契約(けいやく), 契約書(けいやくしょ), 約款(やっかん), 締結(ていけつ), 締結する(ていけつする)contracted jointly : 共同して(きょうどうして)jointly for construction work : 建設作業(けんせつさぎょう)construction work to be carried out at one site : 敷地(しきち), 現場(げんば)[工事現場] / construction sitesite, they shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall, as provide : 規定する(きていする), 供する(きょうする) / document provided for use of the public office, 支給する(しきゅうする), 提供する(ていきょうする)provided for by The Ordinance of the Ministry : 省令(しょうれい) / Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice; Ordinance of METIOrdinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand Welfare, appoint : 選任する(せんにんする), 任命する(にんめいする), 選定する(せんていする)appoint one of them as their representative : 代表者(だいひょうしゃ), 代理人(だいりにん)[法定代理も含む場合]representative and : 及び(および), かつ(かつ), 並びに(ならびに) / A and B, C, and Dand notify : 通知する(つうちする), 届け出る(とどけでる), 通報する(つうほうする), 告知する(こくちする)notify the : 当該(とうがい)the Director of the : 当該(とうがい)the Prefectural Labor Bureau accordingly.

２　前項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の規定(きてい) : provision規定による届出(とどけで) : notification届出がないときは、都道府県(とどうふけん) : prefecture都道府県労働(ろうどう) : labor労働局長が代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者を指名する(しめいする) : designate, nominate指名する。

(2)　Where the : 当該(とうがい)the notification : 通告(つうこく), 届出(とどけで), 通報(つうほう), 告知(こくち)[個別の告知]notification under : 未満(みまん)[年齢の場合] / a person under 18 years of age, に満たない(にみたない)[年齢の場合] / a person under 14 years of ageunder the : 当該(とうがい)the provision : 規定(きてい), 支給(しきゅう)[物], 条項(じょうこう)provisions of the : 当該(とうがい)the preceding paragraph : 項(こう)[原則] / paragraph 2paragraph has not been given, the : 当該(とうがい)the Director of the : 当該(とうがい)the Prefectural Labor Bureau shall : しなければならない(しなければならない), するものとする(するものとする)shall designate : 指定する(していする), 指名する(しめいする)designate the : 当該(とうがい)the representative : 代表者(だいひょうしゃ), 代理人(だいりにん)[法定代理も含む場合]representative.

３　前二項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者の変更は、都道府県(とどうふけん) : prefecture都道府県労働(ろうどう) : labor労働局長に届け出なければ、その効力(こうりょく) : effect / 効力を失う, validity効力を生じない。

(3)　The change of the : 当該(とうがい)the representative : 代表者(だいひょうしゃ), 代理人(だいりにん)[法定代理も含む場合]representative set forth in the : 当該(とうがい)the preceding two paragraph : 項(こう)[原則] / paragraph 2paragraphs shall not : してはならない(してはならない) / the authority shall not be construed as …; no person shall … shall not be valid : 有効な(ゆうこうな), 適法な(てきほうな)valid unless notification : 通告(つうこく), 届出(とどけで), 通報(つうほう), 告知(こくち)[個別の告知]notification is given to the : 当該(とうがい)the Director of the : 当該(とうがい)the Prefectural Labor Bureau.

４　第一項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項に規定する(きていする) : provide規定する場合においては、当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該事業を同項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項又は(または) : or又は第二項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者のみの事業と、当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者のみを当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該事業の事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者と、当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該事業の仕事(しごと) : work仕事に従事する労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者を当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該代表者(だいひょうしゃ) : representative代表者のみが使用する(しようする) : use, employ使用する労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者とそれぞれみなして、この法律(ほうりつ) : Act[原則], Code[いわゆる法典]法律を適用する(てきようする) : apply適用する。

第八条　厚生労働(ろうどう) : labor労働大臣は、労働災害防止計画(ろうどうさいがいぼうしけいかく) : industrial accident prevention plan労働災害防止計画を策定(さくてい) : formulation, establishment策定したときは、遅滞なく(ちたいなく) : without delay遅滞なく、これを公表(こうひょう) : publication, announcement, public announcement, release公表しなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。これを変更したときも、同様とする(どうようとする) : the same shall apply to同様とする。

２　産業(さんぎょう) : industry産業医は、労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者の健康管理等を行うのに必要な医学に関する知識(ちしき) : knowledge / 専門的知識知識について厚生労働(ろうどう) : labor労働省令(しょうれい) : Ordinance of the Ministry / 法務省令; 経済産業省令省令で定める要件(ようけん) : requirement要件を備えた者でなければならない。

４　事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、前項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の勧告(かんこく) : recommendation勧告を受けたときは、これを尊重(そんちょう) : respect尊重しなければならない(しなければならない) : shallしなければならない。

２　事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者が墜落するおそれ(おそれ) : risk / 個人の権利利益が害されるおそれがないと認められるとき; 公共の利益が著しく阻害されるおそれ, likelihoodおそれのある場所、土砂等が崩壊するおそれ(おそれ) : risk / 個人の権利利益が害されるおそれがないと認められるとき; 公共の利益が著しく阻害されるおそれ, likelihoodおそれのある場所等に係る(にかかる) : pertaining to / 当該届出に係る事項に係る危険(きけん) : danger[刑事関係など一般的な場合], risk[危険負担、損失の危険], peril[海上危険], hazard[公害・環境関係]危険を防止する(ぼうしする) : prevent防止するため必要な措置(ひつようなそち) : necessary measure必要な措置を講じなければならない。

第二十五条　事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害発生の急迫(きゅうはく) : imminence急迫した危険(きけん) : danger[刑事関係など一般的な場合], risk[危険負担、損失の危険], peril[海上危険], hazard[公害・環境関係]危険があるときは、直ちに(ただちに) : immediately直ちに作業(さぎょう) : work作業を中止し、労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者を作業(さぎょう) : work作業場から退避させる等必要な措置(ひつようなそち) : necessary measure必要な措置を講じなければならない。

第二十五条の二　建設業(けんせつぎょう) : construction industry建設業その他政令(せいれい) : Cabinet Order政令で定める業種(ぎょうしゅ) : business type業種に属する事業の仕事(しごと) : work仕事で、政令(せいれい) : Cabinet Order政令で定めるものを行う事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者は、爆発(ばくはつ) : explosion爆発、火災等が生じたことに伴い労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者の救護(きゅうご) : relief and protection, aid / 応急の救護救護に関する措置(そち) : measure / 規制措置措置がとられる場合における労働災害(ろうどうさいがい) : industrial accident労働災害の発生を防止する(ぼうしする) : prevent防止するため、次の措置(そち) : measure / 規制措置措置を講じなければならない。

３　厚生労働(ろうどう) : labor労働大臣は、前項(こう) : paragraph[原則] / 第２項, para.[原則] / 第２項, (2)(3)(4)[見出しとして用いる場合], row[法令の表・別表中において、縦の線で区画されている区切りを指す場合] / 第２項項の指針(ししん) : guideline指針に従い、事業者(じぎょうしゃ) : business operator[原則], entrepreneur[企業], employer[雇用者]事業者又は(または) : or又はその団体に対し、必要な指導(しどう) : guidance指導、援助(えんじょ) : assistance援助等を行うことができる。

第二十九条　元方事業者(もとかたじぎょうしゃ) : principal employer元方事業者は、関係請負人(うけおいにん) : contractor請負人及び(および) : and及び関係請負人(うけおいにん) : contractor請負人の労働者(ろうどうしゃ) : worker労働者が、当該(とうがい) : said / 当該書面, such, that, the, referenced当該仕事(しごと) : work仕事に関し、この法律(ほうりつ) : Act[原則], Code[いわゆる法典]法律又は(または) : or又はこれに基づく(にもとづく) : based on[原則] / 専門的知見に基づく意見, pursuant to[法令の規定等] / 第６０条の規定に基づく措置に基づく命令(めいれい) : order / 略式命令命令の規定(きてい) : provision規定に違反(いはん) : violation / 違反事件, offence, contravention, breach違反しないよう必要な指導(しどう) : guidance指導を行なわなければならない。
