裁判所職員定員法
Act on the Quota of Court Officials
裁判所職員の定員に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第六十四号）の全部を改正する。
The Act on the Quota of Court Officials (Act No.64 of 1947) is fully amended.
第一条　下級裁判所の裁判官の員数は、次の表のとおりとする。
Article 1  The number of judges in the lower courts are as shown in the following table.

第二条　裁判官以外の裁判所の職員（執行官、非常勤職員、二箇月以内の期間を定めて雇用される者及び休職者を除く。）の員数は、二万千七百七十五人とする。
Article 2  The number of court officials other than judges (excluding court execution officers, part-time staff, and those employed for a specified period of not more than two months, and those on administrative leave) is to be 21,775.
