Common matters pertaining to the management of mercury-containing recyclable resources １　水銀含有再生資源が飛散し、又は流出しないようにすること。 (1) Prevent dispersion or outflow of mercury-containing recyclable resources. ２　水銀含有再生資源の管理に伴う悪臭、騒音又は振動によって生活環境の保全上支障が生じないように必要な措置を講ずること。 (2) Take necessary measures to prevent any impediments to the living environment, such as bad odor, noise or vibration, which are accompanied by the management of mercury-containing recyclable resources. ３　水銀含有再生資源の保管、運搬又は処分作業（有害廃棄物の国境を越える移動及びその処分の規制に関するバーゼル条約附属書ⅣＢに掲げる処分作業をいう。）を他の者に委託するときは、その委託する相手方において１、２及び本項に掲げる措置と同等の措置及び保管を委託する場合にあっては第二に掲げる措置と同等の措置が講じられるよう、その相手方に対し、必要な情報を提供すること。 (3) When the storage, transportation, or disposal operations (referring to the disposal operations listed in Annex IV B of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal) of mercury-containing recyclable resources is entrusted to another party, provide necessary information to that party, so that party will take measures equivalent to those listed in items (1) and (2) and in this paragraph, and in the case of storage, measures equivalent to those listed in the following section 2. ４　水銀含有再生資源を譲渡するときは、その譲渡する相手方に対し、その譲渡するものが水銀含有再生資源である旨の情報を提供すること。 (4) When transferring mercury-containing recyclable resources, provide information to the other party of the fact that the transferred material is mercury-containing recyclable resources. 第二水銀含有再生資源の保管に関する事項 2. Matters pertaining to the storage of mercury-containing recyclable resources １　水銀含有再生資源の容器は、水銀含有再生資源が飛散し、又は流出するおそれのないものとすること。 (1) Use containers for mercury-containing recyclable resources to prevent risks of dispersion or outflow of that mercury-containing recyclable resources. ２　水銀含有再生資源の容器及び水銀含有再生資源を保管する場所に、保管するものが水銀含有再生資源である旨を表示すること。 (2) Indicate the presence of mercury-containing recyclable resources on the containers and the storage area for mercury-containing recyclable resources. ３　水銀含有再生資源を保管する場所に、鍵をかける設備を備えること。ただし、その場所が性質上鍵をかけることができないものであるときは、この限りでない。 (3) Prepare a storage area with a lock for mercury-containing recyclable resources; however, this does not apply to areas that cannot be locked due to their nature. ４　水銀含有再生資源を保管する場所が性質上鍵をかけることができないものであるときは、その周囲に、堅固な柵を設けること。 (4) When it is impossible to lock the storage area for mercury-containing recyclable resources due to its nature, a firm fence must be built around that storage area.
