水銀等の貯蔵に係る環境の汚染を防止するためにとるべき措置に関する技術上の指針 Technical Guidelines on Measures that should be Implemented to Prevent Environmental Pollution concerning the Storage of Mercury and Mercury Compounds 平成二十七年総務省、財務省、文部科学省、厚生労働省、農林水産省、経済産業省、国土交通省、環境省、防衛省告示第一号 Public Notice of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of the Environment, and the Ministry of Defense No. 1 of 2015 水銀等の貯蔵に係る環境の汚染を防止するためにとるべき措置に関する技術上の指針（平成二十七年十二月七日総務省、財務省、文部科学省、厚生労働省、農林水産省、経済産業省、国土交通省、環境省、防衛省告示第一号） Technical Guidelines on Measures that should be Implemented to Prevent Environmental Pollution Concerning the Storage of Mercury and Mercury Compounds (Public Notice of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Ministry of the Environment, and the Ministry of Defense No. 1 on December 7, 2015) 本指針は、水銀等貯蔵者がその貯蔵に係る水銀等（水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第二十一条第一項に規定する水銀等をいう。以下同じ。）による環境の汚染を防止するためにとるべき措置を定めるものである。 The guidelines provides measures that should be implemented by a １　水銀等の容器又は包装は、水銀等が飛散し、又は流出するおそれのないものとすること。 (1) Use containers or packages for mercury and mercury compounds to prevent risks of dispersion or outflow of mercury and mercury compounds. ２　水銀等の容器又は包装に、水銀等の名称（水銀等の混合物（辰砂を除く。）にあっては、水銀等の名称及び含有量）を表示すること。 (2) Indicate the names of mercury and mercury compounds (in the case of mixtures of mercury and mercury compounds (excluding cinnabars), the names and contents of the mixed mercury and mercury compounds) on their containers or packages. ３　水銀等を貯蔵する場所に、水銀等の名称を表示すること。 (3) Indicate the names of mercury and mercury compounds on the storage area for mercury and mercury compounds. ４　水銀等を貯蔵する場所に、鍵をかける設備を備えること。ただし、その場所が性質上鍵をかけることができないものであるときは、この限りでない。 (4) Prepare a storage area with a lock for mercury and mercury compounds; provided, however, that this does not apply to areas that cannot be locked due to their nature. ５　水銀等を貯蔵する場所が性質上鍵をかけることができないものであるときは、その周囲に、堅固な柵を設けること。 (5) When it is impossible to lock the storage area for mercury and mercury compounds due to its nature, a firm fence should be built around that storage area. ６　水銀等の貯蔵を他の者に委託するときは、その相手方に対し、その貯蔵を委託するものが水銀等である旨の情報を提供すること。 (6) When entrusting the storage of mercury and mercury compounds to another party, provide information to that party of the fact that the entrusted material is mercury and mercury compounds.
