出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令 Ministerial Ordinance to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act 平成二年法務省令第十六号 Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice No. 16 of 1990 平成二十一年法務省令第十八号 Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice No. 18 of 2009 出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令（平成二年五月二十四日法務省令第十六号） Ministerial Ordinance to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice No. 16 of May 24, 1990) 出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「法」という。）第七条第一項第二号の基準は、法第六条第二項の申請を行った者（以下「申請人」という。）が本邦において行おうとする次の表の上欄に掲げる活動に応じ、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げるとおりとする。 The criteria prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Immigration Control Act") shall be as listed in the table below, corresponding to the status of residence listed in the left-hand column, for the activities in which the person who has made an application as set forth in Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control Act (hereinafter referred to as "the applicant") is to engage in Japan.
