Enforcement Order of the Act on Close-Out Netting of Specified Financial Transactions Conducted by Financial Institutions The Cabinet hereby enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Act on Close-Out Netting of Specified Financial Transactions Conducted by Financial Institutions (Act No. 108 of 1998). The legal persons to be specified by Cabinet Order as prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (2), item (iii) of the Act on Close-Out Netting of Specified Financial Transactions Conducted by Financial Institutions are as follows: (i) an insurance company or a foreign insurance company, etc. under Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Insurance Business Act (Act No. 105 of 1995); (ii) a federation of credit unions; (iii) the Norinchukin Bank; (iv) the Shoko Chukin Bank, Ltd.; (v) Development Bank of Japan, Inc.; (vi) a securities finance company under Article 2, paragraph (30) of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (Act No. 25 of 1948); (vii) a person set forth in Article 1-2, item (iii) of the Enforcement Order of the Money Lending Act (Cabinet Order No. 181 of 1983); and (viii) a commodity derivatives broker under Article 2, paragraph (23) of the Commodity Derivatives Transaction Act (Act No. 239 of 1950).
