特定農林水産物等の名称の保護に関する法律施行令 Order for Enforcement of the Act on Protection of Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs 平成二十七年政令第二百二十七号 Cabinet Order No. 227 of 2015 特定農林水産物等の名称の保護に関する法律施行令（平成二十六年六月二十五日政令第二百二十七号） Order for Enforcement of the Act on Protection of Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs (Cabinet Order No. 227 of June 25, 2014) 内閣は、特定農林水産物等の名称の保護に関する法律（平成二十六年法律第八十四号）第二条第一項第三号及び第四号の規定に基づき、この政令を制定する。 The Cabinet established this Cabinet Order based on Article 2, paragraph (1), items (iii) and (iv) of the Act on Protection of Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs (Act No. 84 of 2014). （食用に供されない農林水産物） (Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products Not Intended for Human Consumption) 第一条　特定農林水産物等の名称の保護に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第二条第一項第三号の政令で定める農林水産物は、次に掲げるもの（食用に供されるものを除く。）とする。 Article 1 The agricultural, forestry and fishery products specified by Cabinet Order in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Act on Protection of Names of Specific Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Foodstuffs (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") are the items set forth below (excluding those intended for human consumption): 一　観賞用の植物 (i) florae for ornamental purposes; 二　工芸農作物 (ii) industrial crops; 三　立木竹 (iii) wood and bamboo materials; 四　観賞用の魚 (iv) fish for ornamental purposes; 五　真珠 (v) pearls. （農林水産物を原材料とする製品等） (Products of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Origin) 第二条　法第二条第一項第四号の政令で定める農林水産物を原料又は材料として製造し、又は加工したものは、次に掲げるもの（飲食料品に該当するものを除く。）とする。 Article 2 Products manufactured or processed using agricultural, forestry and fishery products as raw materials or ingredients specified by Cabinet Order in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Act are items set forth below (excluding those that constitute beverages and foodstuffs): 一　飼料（農林水産物を原料又は材料として製造し、又は加工したものに限る。） (i) fodder (limited to those manufactured or processed using agricultural, forestry and fishery products as raw materials or ingredients); 二　漆 (ii) lacquer; 三　竹材 (iii) bamboo materials; 四　精油 (iv) essential oils; 五　木炭 (v) charcoal; 六　木材 (vi) wood; 七　畳表 (vii) tatami rush; 八　生糸 (viii) raw silk. 附　則　〔抄〕 Supplementary Provisions [Excerpt] 第一条　この政令は、法の施行の日（平成二十七年六月一日）から施行する。 Article 1 This Cabinet Order takes effect from the effective date of the Act (June 1, 2015).
