外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱い等に関する法律関係手数料令 Order on Fees Related to the Act on the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers 昭和六十二年政令第三十号 Cabinet Order No. 30 of 1987 令和四年政令第四十二号 Cabinet Order No. 42 of 2022 外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱い等に関する法律関係手数料令（昭和六十二年三月六日政令第三十号） Order on Fees Related to the Act on the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers (Cabinet Order No. 30 of March 6, 1987) 外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱い等に関する法律関係手数料令 Order on Fees Related to the Act on the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers 内閣は、外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法（昭和六十一年法律第六十六号）第九条第三項及び第十七条第三項の規定に基づき、この政令を制定する。 The Cabinet hereby enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (3) and Article 17, paragraph (3) of the Act on Special Measures concerning the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers (Act No. 66 of 1986). （承認申請手数料） (Application Fees for Approval) 第一条　外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱い等に関する法律（昭和六十一年法律第六十六号。以下「法」という。）第十一条第三項の手数料の額は、申請一件につき二万七千五百円とする。 Article 1 The amount of the fee referred to in Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Act on the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers (Act No. 66 of 1986; referred to as the "Act") is 27,500 yen per application. （指定申請手数料） (Application Fees for Designation) 第二条　法第十八条第三項の手数料の額は、申請一件につき一万三千四百円とする。 Article 2 (1) The amount of the fee referred to in Article 18, paragraph (3) of the Act is 13,400 yen per application. ２　法第二条第三号の法務省令で定める一の連邦国家に係る二以上の特定外国法につき同時にする指定の申請は、前項の規定の適用については、一件の申請とみなす。 (2) For the provisions of the preceding paragraph to be applied, applications for designation submitted simultaneously for two or more laws of specified foreign juridictions related to a single federal state specified by Ministry of Justice Order as provided forth in Article 2, item (iii) of the Act are deemed to be a single application. 附　則 Supplementary Provisions この政令は、法の施行の日（昭和六十二年四月一日）から施行する。 This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act (April 1, 1987). 附　則　（平成三年三月一五日政令第三二号） Supplementary Provisions (Cabinet Order No. 32 of March 15, 1991) この政令は、平成三年四月一日から施行する。 This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1991. 附　則　（平成六年三月一八日政令第四八号） Supplementary Provisions (Cabinet Order No. 48 of March 18, 1994) この政令は、平成六年四月一日から施行する。 This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of April 1, 1994. 附　則　（令和四年二月一八日政令第四二号） Supplementary Provisions (Cabinet Order No. 42 of February 18, 2022) この政令は、外国弁護士による法律事務の取扱いに関する特別措置法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（令和四年十一月一日）から施行する。 This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Special Measures concerning the Handling of Legal Services by Foreign Lawyers comes into effect (November 1, 2022).
