Cabinet Order Specifying the Government Organ Prescribed in Article 5, Item (i) of the Attorneys Act (Tentative translation)
The Cabinet hereby enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provision of Article 5, item (ii) of the Attorneys Act (Act No. 205 of 1949).
The government organ designated by Cabinet Order under Article 5, item (i) of the Attorneys Act is the Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice.
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of July 1, 1984.
