Cabinet Order Specifying the Government Organ Referred to in Article 5, Item (i) of the Attorneys Act
The Cabinet enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, item (ii) of the Attorneys Act (Act No. 205 of 1949).
The government organ specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 5, item (i) of the Attorneys Act is the Research and Training Institute of the Ministry of Justice.
