Cabinet Office Order No. 2 of January 29, 2016 Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities Based on the provisions of Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 65 of 2013), the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities are enacted as follows. (1) The public announcement under Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities is to be made regarding the name of the regional support council for eliminating of discrimination against persons with disabilities and the names of its constituent members. (2) The public announcement under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be made by publication in the bulletin of the local government, use of the internet, or other appropriate methods. Supplementary Provisions This Cabinet Office Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
