障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律施行規則 Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities 平成二十八年内閣府令第二号 Cabinet Office Order No. 2 of 2016 障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律施行規則（平成二十八年一月二十九日内閣府令第二号） Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Cabinet Office Order No. 2 of January 29, 2016) 障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律（平成二十五年法律第六十五号）第十八条第五項の規定に基づき、障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律施行規則を次のように定める。 Based on the provisions of Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 65 of 2013), the Regulations for Enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities are enacted as follows. １　障害を理由とする差別の解消の推進に関する法律第十八条第五項の規定による公表は、障害者差別解消支援地域協議会の名称及び構成員の氏名又は名称について行うものとする。 (1) The public announcement under Article 18, paragraph (5) of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination Against Persons with Disabilities is to be made regarding the name of the regional support council for eliminating of discrimination against persons with disabilities and the names of its constituent members. ２　前項の規定による公表は、地方公共団体の公報への掲載、インターネットの利用その他の適切な方法により行うものとする。 (2) The public announcement under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be made by publication in the bulletin of the local government, use of the internet, or other appropriate methods. 附　則 Supplementary Provisions この府令は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。 This Cabinet Office Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2016.
