水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第十四条第四項の期間を定める省令 Ministerial Ordinance to Provide the Period referred to in Article 14, Paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment 平成二十七年環境省令第三十七号 Order of the Ministry of the Environment No. 37 of 2015 水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第十四条第四項の期間を定める省令（平成二十七年十二月七日環境省令第三十七号） Ministerial Ordinance to Provide the Period referred to in Article 14, Paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (Order of the Ministry of the Environment No. 37 of December 7, 2015) 水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律（平成二十七年法律第四十二号）第十四条第四項の規定に基づき、水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第十四条第四項の期間を定める省令を次のように定める。 Under the provisions of Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (Act No. 42 of 2015), this Ordinance provides the period referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment. 水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第十四条第四項の環境省令で定める期間は、三十日とする。 The period provided by the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Environment referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") shall be 30 days. 附　則 Supplementary Provisions この省令は、法の施行の日から施行する。 This Ordinance shall come into effect from the date of enforcement of the Act.
