Ministerial Order to Provide the Period referred to in Article 14, Paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment
Under Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (Act No. 42 of 2015), this Ministerial Order provides the period referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment.
The period provided by the Order of the Ministry of the Environment referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (referred to bellow as "the Act") is to be thirty days.
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act.
