水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第十四条第四項の期間を定める省令
Ministerial Order to Provide the Period referred to in Article 14, Paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment
水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律（平成二十七年法律第四十二号）第十四条第四項の規定に基づき、水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律第十四条第四項の期間を定める省令を次のように定める。
Under Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (Act No. 42 of 2015), this Ministerial Order provides the period referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment.
水銀による環境の汚染の防止に関する法律（以下「法」という。）第十四条第四項の環境省令で定める期間は、三十日とする。
The period provided by the Order of the Ministry of the Environment referred to in Article 14, paragraph (4) of the Act on Preventing Mercury Pollution of the Environment (referred to bellow as "the Act") is to be thirty days.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions
この省令は、法の施行の日から施行する。
This Ministerial Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act.
