Order for Enforcement of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children
(Cabinet Order No. 372 of August 8, 2003)
The Cabinet hereby enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children (Act No. 120 of 2003).
(1) The national and local government bodies, their heads, or their employees as specified by Cabinet Order and as stated in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children (referred to below as the "Act") are to be those listed in the left-hand column of the following table, and are to formulate specified employer action plans for the employees listed in the right-hand column of that table.
(2) In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, a local government body stated in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act, its head or its employees specified by Cabinet Order are to be specified by the rules of the local government, and a specified employer action plan is to be formulated for the employees specified by the rules of the local government.
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2005.
