Act on the Quota of Court Officials

Act No. 53 of March 30, 1951

The Act on the Quota of Court Officials (Act No.64 of 1947) is fully amended.

Article 1The number of judges in the lower courts are as shown in the following table.

Classification	Number of Staff
Presidents of a high court	8 people
Judges	2, 155 people
Assistant judges	857 people
Summary court judges	806 people

Article 2The number of court officials other than judges (excluding court execution officers, part-time staff, and those employed for a specified period of not more than two months, and those on administrative leave) is to be 21,775.
