- 鉱業法第六条の二の政令で定める鉱物は、次に掲げる鉱物とする。一海底又はその下に存在する熱水鉱床をなす金鉱、銀鉱、銅鉱、鉛鉱、そう鉛鉱、すず鉱、アンチモニー鉱、亜鉛鉱、鉄鉱、硫化鉄鉱、マンガン鉱、タングステン鉱、モリブデン鉱、ニッケル鉱、コバルト鉱、ウラン鉱、トリウム鉱及び重晶石二海底又はその下に存在する堆積鉱床をなす銅鉱、鉛鉱、亜鉛鉱、鉄鉱、マンガン鉱、タングステン鉱、モリブデン鉱、ニッケル鉱及びコバルト鉱三アスファルト

Cabinet Order to Specify Minerals Referred to in Article 6-2 of the Mining Act
Cabinet Order No. 413 of December 26, 2011
The Cabinet Office enacts this Cabinet Order based on the provisions of Article 6-2 of the Mining Act (Act No. 289 of 1950).
Minerals specified by Cabinet Order referred to in Article 6-2 of the Mining Act are as follows:
(i)gold ores, silver ores, copper ores, lead ores, bismuth ores, tin ores, antimony ores, zinc ores, iron ores, iron sulfide ores, manganese ores, tungsten ores, molybdenum ores, nickel ores, cobalt ores, uranium ores, thorium ores, and barite that constitute hydrothermal deposits that exist on the ocean seabed or under the seabed;
(ii)copper ores, lead ores, zinc ores, iron ores, manganese ores, tungsten ores, molybdenum ores, nickel ores, and cobalt ores that constitute sedimentary deposits that exist on the ocean seabed or under the seabed;
(iii)asphalt.
Supplementary Provisions
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Mining Act (Act No. 84 of 2011) (January 21, 2012).

Article 1This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the day when the Minamata Convention on Mercury becomes effective in Japan.
