Order for Enforcement of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children
平成十五年八月八日政令第三百七十二号
Cabinet Order No. 372 of August 8, 2003
内閣は、次世代育成支援対策推進法(平成十五年法律第百二十号)第十九条第一項の規定に基づき、この政令を制定する。
The Cabinet hereby enacts this Cabinet Order pursuant to the provisions of Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children (Act No. 120 of 2003).
１次世代育成支援対策推進法(以下「法」という。)第十九条第一項の国及び地方公共団体の機関、それらの長又はそれらの職員で政令で定めるものは、次の表の上欄に掲げるものとし、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる職員についての特定事業主行動計画を策定するものとする。
(1)The national and local government bodies, their heads, or their employees as specified by Cabinet Order and as stated in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Promotion of the Support Measures to Nurture the Next Generation of Children (referred to below as the "Act") are to be those listed in the left-hand column of the following table, and are to formulate specified employer action plans for the employees listed in the right-hand column of that table.

Officials appointed by a board of education of a local public entitygovernment (in the case offor a board of education of a prefecture, excluding educational personnel whose wages are paid by the prefecture provided for in Article 37, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Organization and Operation of Local Educational Administration (Act No. 162 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to below as "educational personnel whose wages are paid by the prefecture" in this column), and in the case offor a board of education of a municipality, including educational personnel whose wages are paid by the prefecture)

２前項に規定するもののほか、法第十九条第一項の地方公共団体の機関、その長又はその職員で政令で定めるものは、当該地方公共団体の規則で定めるものとし、それぞれ当該地方公共団体の規則で定める職員についての特定事業主行動計画を策定するものとする。
(2)In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, a local government body stated in Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Act, its head or its employees specified by Cabinet Order are to be specified by the rules of the local government, and a specified employer action plan is to be formulated for the employees specified by the rules of the local government.
第一条この政令は、防衛庁設置法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日(平成十九年一月九日)から施行する。
Article 1This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the day on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on the Establishment of the Defense Agency comes into effect (January 9, 2007).

この政令は、平成十七年四月一日から施行する。
